Exchange 2013 ECP Your mailbox can’t be accessed using the address you entered

In uno scenario di coesistenza, ovvero quando nella stessa organizzazione sono attivi Exchange 2007 e/o 2010 e/o 2013, se un amministratore che ha la mail su Exchange 2007 o 2010 prova ad accedere l’Exchange Control Panel di Exchange 2013 potrebbe comparire il seguente errore:

“Your mailbox can’t be accessed using the address you entered, please obtain the correct address, please contact your helpdesk”

Per avviare correttamente l’ECP basta digitare il seguent url:

https://localhost/ecp?ExchClientVer=15

Viceversa se l’amministratore ha la mail su Exchange 2013 e vuole accedere l’ECP di Exchange 2010 dovrà digitare:

https://localhost/ecp?ExchClientVer=14
